Self Service Password Reset

Have you ever forgot your Gustavus email password? Did you have it saved in your web browser and all of a sudden, it’s not there?

In our ongoing efforts to better serve you, we have created a tool for you to reset your password yourself.

To prepare:

1. Visit the GTS tools page.
2. Login with your Gustavus username and password.
3. Click on Alternate e-mail.
4. Enter an alternate e-mail address that you check regularly.
5. Click Submit.

If you forgot your password:

1. Please visit https://wildcat.gac.edu/gts/passwordreset
2. Type in your Gustavus username.
3. You will receive an e-mail at your alternate e-mail address you had set up. If you had not previously set up an alternate e-mail address, this process will not work for you. You would need to contact the Technology Helpline during regular business hours.
4. To reset your password, follow the e-mail’s directions.
