Over the years there has been a steady rise in the cost of printing for the college. Much of these costs have been associated with the increase in demand for and use of color printing options in our campus labs.
In order to make it possible to accommodate the increased demands for color printing, starting this fall we will be implementing cost accounting measures for color printing in the public labs. The college will provide every user 25 pages of color printing for fall term at no charge. Additional pages can be added for 25 cents per page.
Tracking will be done automatically when a users sends a print job to the color printer. The user will see a pop up window asking for their email username and password.
