In the fall of 2009, Gustavus launched a new print accounting system (Print Accounting System).  At the request of Gustavus students, some changes have been made to the system for the school year, 2010-2011.

• Duplex Discount
  A duplex discount will be given for printing on both sides of one sheet of paper.  The discount will be 1 cent off the second side.  A 2 page paper (printed in black and white) will be 9 cents when duplexed, 10 cents when not.
• Year End Funds
  If students have funds left on their account at the end of the year, those funds will be carried over to the next year, with a max carry over of 200 printing units ($10.00).
• Year End Changes
  All adjustments and changes will be made to the system at the end of August, thus allowing graduated seniors the ability to print until the end of August.
• New Look
  The print accounting system has been given a new Gustavus look and feel.  Check out the new interface at http://print.gac.edu.
